Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
Points Earning Mechanism
- Customers earn 1 point for every 1 SAR
- Points are added to the customer’s account only after the order is successfully completed and delivered.
Points Redemption Mechanism
- Points can be redeemed from cart according to the tables announced on the website.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The minimum redemption threshold is determined by the company and may be subject to change.
Points Validity
- Earned points are valid for 180 days from the date they are added to the customer’s account.
- After the validity period expires, unused points will be automatically canceled.
Usage Conditions
- Customers are responsible for staying updated on the program’s terms and any changes that may occur.
- Points redemption cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons unless explicitly stated.
Company Rights
- The company reserves the right to modify or suspend the loyalty program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice, and unused points may be forfeited.
- The company has the right to cancel points or exclude any customer in case of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of the terms.
General Provisions
- The loyalty program is for personal use only; points cannot be transferred between accounts or sold.
- In the event of order returns or cancellations, any points earned from that order will be deducted from the customer’s account.
- Participation in the loyalty program constitutes the customer’s full acceptance of all the terms and conditions stated herein.
